A new Commissioner of police has been deployed to Ogun.
The new Commissioner of Police is CP Olanrewaju Bankole Sikiru , who was with the interpol before the new posting.
Sikiru’s redeployment to Ogun command followed the retirement of CP Edward Awolowo Ajogun, who clocked 60 years on Thursday.
According to a message from the Force Headquarters, Abuja, Sikiru was directed to report to Ogun State with immediate effect.
The new Ogun CP attended University of Lagos , Olabisi Onabanjo University and Nigeria Law School , where he obtained his bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law and BL respectively.
He also attended many detectives courses in and outside the country.
