The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has extended warm felicitations to all residents of the FCT as the nation celebrates its 65th Independence Anniversary. “This momentous occasion is a tribute to the nation’s founding fathers who worked tirelessly to forge a robust country that stands proudly among the committee of nations,” FCT Minister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has said.
In a statement, the Administration called on all indigenes and residents to rally together to ensure the sacrifices of the nation’s pioneers are not in vain. “The FCT, as a symbol of Nigeria’s unity and nationhood, must continue to embody the spirit of togetherness, demonstrating that the nation is greater together,” the Minister added.
The Administration expressed appreciation to residents for their unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which focuses on economic growth, national security, food security, sustainable development, and infrastructure development.
