In his remarks at the event, which was held at the Ekwulumili Civic Center Hall, Hon Odera Amasistu, Chairman of YPP Nnewi South welcomed everyone present and presented Prince Samben Nwosu to address the party Executives.

In his address, Nwosu reiterated his commitment to serve his people with uttermost sincerity and transparency.

He said, though by birth,” he is from Nnewi North.” he called Nnewi South his second home because he attended Amichi Boys Secondary and had lived in Amichi for six years.

“I have established a strong bond in the Amichi community. Most of my political friends are from Amichi. So, calling Amichi my second home, I wasn’t mistaken,” he said.

He urged the people of Nnewi South to support him, promising that he would not disappoint them. Nwosu stressed since Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah was from Nnewi North, that Nnewi North person should be allowed to complete late Ubah’s tenure.

He assured them victory if they supported him by giving him a ticket.
