Comedian IGoSave Criticizes Pornography Ban, Says It Will Affect Many Nigerians

Popular stand-up comedian IGoSave has spoken out against the directive issued by the House of Representatives to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to block access to all pornographic websites across the country.

Expressing his concerns, the comedian noted that the decision would impact many Nigerians. He further sought public opinion on whether protests should be organized against the ban, emphasizing that those affected by it are also citizens.

Sharing his thoughts via his Instagram story, he wrote, “This porn site ban will affect many Nigerians o! Should we help them protest? Because they are true Nigerians too.”

Similarly, rapper Blaqbonez also weighed in on the matter, criticizing the move as a case of misplaced priorities. He argued that adult content serves as a coping mechanism for many individuals facing challenges.
