The Nigeria Baseball, Softball and Little League Association (NBSA) has intensified its training sessions, with players across the country participating in rigorous capacity-building programs. Following a successful inaugural training session last week, the NBSA has expanded its training initiative to major cities, including Abuja, Lagos, and Ilorin.
The training sessions, held every weekend, are designed to enhance the mental and physical strength of the players, preparing them for the upcoming tournament. The NBSA has assembled a team of experienced coaches, including international experts Amir from Ivory Coast and Manoto from Japan, to provide top-notch guidance to the players.
Dr. Armstrong Oguche, NBSA’s Chief Operations Officer, emphasized the organization’s commitment to transforming Nigeria’s youth through sports development. “We are dedicated to providing our players with the best possible training and resources to excel in the tournament,” he stated.
With the tournament fast approaching, the NBSA is confident that its intensified training efforts will pay off, propelling the team to the forefront of competition. As the players continue to hone their skills, fans can expect an exciting display of talent and teamwork in the upcoming tournament.
The NBSA ably led by its President Mr. Uche Odozor, is ever committed to driving the Association’s objective of being the best sporting platform in Nigeria, Africa and the world as a whole.
