Precious Oghenevwegba Ogbiruo (M) is an individual of interest by the Nigerian police force for a Case of bisexual activity and involvement in LGBTQ community which is a strict offence against the constitution of Nigeria under section 5 (2) of the same sex marriage Act (prohibition) 2013.
He has been invited to the station on multiple occasions which he has failed to honor. He is a prominent member of LGBTQ community called “Eko Boys” who were accused while partying at Simple Star Hotel on April 8, 2023, our men were able to arrest 4 members of the LGBTQ community while 5 of them were able to escape at the venue of the incident.
The Nigerian Police has since charged the 4 members to court, Precious evaded being arrested on April 8th 2023 but he was last sighted in Warri, Delta State where he ran to seek refuge with one Oghenemaro Michael who later denied having knowledge about Precious’s sexuality, Oghenemaro Michael has been released on bail but Precious is yet to be found, arrested and charged to court.
