The Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu has held a closed door meeting with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, during which they deliberated on critical issues affecting Kebbi State.

The meeting which took place at the Villa, focused on strategies for promoting sustainable development and improving the overall wellbeing of the people of Kebbi State.

During the discussion , the Governor, outlined key challenges confronting the state, while President Tinubu assured him of the Federal Government’s commitment to addressing these issues through appropriate interventions.

The meeting also featured discussions on the forthcoming Argungu International Fishing and Cultural Festival, scheduled to hold next week, as well as other matters of national and state importance.

Governor Idris expressed his appreciation to Mr President for the continued support and cooperation he had been extending to Kebbi State in various areas.

He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of the state, irrespective of location, creed, or emirate.
