It was a joyful and colorful celebration as management, staff and pupils of Revelation Model Nursery and Primary Oke Ala Basiri, Ado Ekiti rolled out drum to celebrate its 2025 End- of -Year party in grand style.
The event featured a variety of entertaining and educative presentations from the pupils, which was a clear reflection of the school’s commitment to nurturing excellence in academics and morals
Speaking at the event, the Vice Chancellor of Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, Prof Babatola Ayodele, congratulated the school for successfully completing the 2024/2025 academic session.
Prof Ayodele, who was represented at the event by Dr Julius Adedayo, called on the parents to monitor the growth of children academically and morally.
He called on the school to include entrepreneurship studies in their curriculum in a bid for the children to have an interest in acquiring skills as they grow up.
In her address, the proprietress of the school Mrs Mary Kehinde Esan gave thanks to God who had helped the school to see the end of 2024/2025 academic session on a good note.
She noted that during the concluded session the school authority doggedly made sure that the pupils get the best of knowledge by proper supervision of teachers and that pupils with low level of understanding were given special consideration in their various classes for improvement.
Mrs Esan admonished the parents to do all within their reach to give their children the best legacy which is education by paying their fees regularly and to make sure they buy relevant textbooks for their children.
In his speech at the occasion, the outgoing senior prefect boy of the school, Master Alabi Martins Abiodun appealed to all outgoing pupils to be good ambassadors of the school by replicating the morals and excellence inculcated in them anywhere they find themselves.
A major highlight of the day was the presentation of prizes to outstanding Pupils who distinguished themselves in their studies in all the classes.
