Ogun Teacher, Honores with State Awards among Global Top 50 Educators

Kayode Adewale, a mathematics teacher at Imagbon/Imaka Comprehensive High School, has been celebrated as one of the Top 50 teachers globally by the prestigious Global Teacher Prize.
An alumnus of Tai Solarin University of Education, Kayode’s innovative teaching techniques and unwavering commitment to education have earned him both local and international recognition.
In honor of his outstanding achievements, the Ogun State Government has named him the Ogun State Education Ambassador. Governor Dapo Abiodun announced an impressive reward package for Kayode, including a bungalow in any location of his choice within the state and a cash prize of ₦5,000,000.
Governor Abiodun lauded Kayode’s dedication to teaching, describing his recognition as a result of years of hard work, humility, and focus. He further commended him for being an inspiration to educators across the state and beyond, reaffirming Ogun State’s commitment to celebrating excellence in education.
