Mamman who debunked rumour making the rounds that the Party is divided along supporters of Tanko Almakura and Abdullahi Adamu, following the outcome of the recent National convention of the Party, said ” there is no friction in the Party as far Nasarawa State is concerned, l do know that two former Governors of the State contested for the position, one of them won as a result of the consensus arrangement, the one that did not win (Almakura) has accepted the outcome and has gone to congratulate the winner, so there is no division in the State Chapter of the Party”. The Party Chairman who appreciated Senator Tanko Almakura for accepting the outcome of the convention, also commended President Muhammandu Buhari for standing firm on his decision that led to the emergence of someone from Nasarawa State.
