The populace and stakeholders of Okigwe North Federal Constituency have been urged to remain optimistic and focused as a new dawn beckons, with sustainable, inclusive, impactful, and holistic leadership in Okigwe North Federal Constituency, come 2027.

This assurance was made by Barr. Ifeanyi Egejurum, (Bambas). House of Representatives aspirant for Okigwe North Federal Constituency under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) platform, while addressing newsmen in Owerri, Imo State.

Barr. Egejurum highlighted that he has prepared a blueprint tailored towards the needs and aspirations of the citizenry of the Okigwe North Federal constituency.

According to him, as an erudite scholar and a technocrat, he has the capacity, acumen, and dexterity to provide the much-needed people-oriented representation to his people, indicating that Okigwe North Federal Constituency, deserves the best in the next National Assembly.

Barr. Egejurum emphasized that he adopted ADC because of his conviction that the party is grassroots-oriented, with national spread, acceptability, and populated with progressive minds.

Barr. Egejurum stressed that for now, he will embark on strategic engagement, consultations, and mobilization of the electorate aimed at wooing and widening electoral opportunities.

His words, “As things stand, going by my pedigree, reach and contact. I stand a better chance of clinching the ticket of my party, ADC. For me, I envisage victory, the electorate would play their role and I am determined to approach and appeal to their conscience as they are the determinant of where the pendulum swings.”

He submitted that, this is the time for the zone to embrace holistically, its first eleven, show seriousness, resilience, thought-provoking contemplation and approach, and engage in mutual dialogue for optimal productivity.

Barr. Egejurum pointed out that with his legal experience, and exposure, Okigwe North Federal Constituency will experience a new dimension of representation if elected, stressing that he is prepared to serve the people conscientiously at the National Assembly.

He indicated that having served many politicians in the past and gained enough tutorials, now is the time to come out and be counted. According to him, with PHD in law, he has prepared enough for the challenges ahead.

He expressed optimism that the people are strongly rooting for him and with God and the masses, all obstacles are surmountable.

He revealed that Okigwe North Federal Constituency needs a more experienced, pragmatic representative in the next dispensation, while indicating that he is prepared to offer effective and credible representation, purposeful leadership that will usher in transformative development to Okigwe North Federal Constituency.

Barr. Egejurum expressed commitment to work for the people, when elected to the National Assembly, because he is equipped with the necessary experience and pedigree of what the duties of lawmakers entail.

He said, “I am in the race to reassure renewed hope among the people of Okigwe North Federal Constituency. They deserve the best and they should send their best to the National Assembly come 2027. I am ready and prepared to serve my people and I am offering myself unconditionally to my people, if they want the best results come 2027.

“Elect me as your representative, as this is the appropriate time, and I will not disappoint our people. I will work proactively, embrace all with a clear vision and mission, rooted in providing basic infrastructure, youth development, and human capital development.”
