The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), under the adept leadership of CC Sani Mustapha commemorates “2026 Customer Service Week” and envisaged better service to humanity.
The year’s THEME: “Going the Extra Mile” uncovers a relentless push, commitment and determination to attaining greater heights in service delivery to the populace.
In a statement by ASCI, Umar Muhammad Head, Public Relations, the Command’s SERVICOM Unit enjoins progressive and result driven customer engagement with efficient Turn-Around-Time (TAT) while maintaining public trust and prioritising customer satisfaction.
“A satisfied customer, is a happy customer whose trust you have earned and shall always strive to keep the relationship and good referrals to a larger customer-base; serve with purpose, integrity and a honest smile, optimism is high for the future”.
CC Sani Mustapha reaffirmed that, NSCDC under the distinctive and visionary leadership of the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, the Corps is committed to “GOING THE EXTRA MILE” to deliver on its mandates; he reassured the civil populace of the Corps’ resolute obligation to protecting lives, property and critical national assets & infrastructure within the confines of the Nation.
In conclusion, the command shall continue to serve the general public as termed by SERVICOM “ YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE SERVED RIGHT” dutifully as the years theme captured “GOING THE EXTRA MILE”; SERVICOM..! Service to Humanity.
