The Retired AIG, Alhaji Musa Yusuf Garba, the Gubernatorial Candidate for the Accord Party Zamfara State chapter, has congratulated the Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Adeleke, on his victory at the just-concluded Osun State polls.
He stated this while addressing journalists on Monday in Gusau, the state capital.
The Retired AIG described the Accord Party’s victory in Osun State as a renewed vote of confidence exercised by INEC to the people of Osun State and witnessed by Nigerians at large.
Rtd AIG Musa Yusuf Garba lauded the people of Osun State for exercising their democratic right and standing by their performing lead, Governor Adeleke, against all odds.
He commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for conducting the first-ever credible, free and fair elections in Nigeria, thereby contributing to the strength of democracy.
In his words, the Rtrd AIG said, “I extend my warmest congratulations to His Excellency, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, Executive Governor of Osun State, on his well-deserved victory and re-election for a second term as Governor of Osun State.
His re-election represents a renewed vote of confidence by the good people of Osun State; it places the responsibility of consolidating the achievements recorded in the first term.
Also speaking, the Zamfara State Accord Chairman, Alhaji Bashir Abdullahi Ruwan-Bore, extended his appreciation to the National Chairman of ACCORD, Chief Maxwell Mgbudem, on the successful re-election of Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State.
“We particularly commend the National Chairman for his resilience, steadfast commitment, political maturity, and tireless efforts towards the success recorded in Osun State.
The Zamfara State Chapter of the ACCORD also joined in congratulating Governor Ademola Adeleke on his remarkable electoral victory. “This reflects the renewed confidence and trust of the good people of Osun State in your leadership and vision”. He stated.
This victory represents an important political milestone and demonstrates what could be achieved via unwavering determination and shared commitment, Alhaji Bashir said.
