The singer sparked buzz online after sharing his betting slip on X, confidently predicting that both teams would score, with a potential payout of $96,564 (roughly ₦140 million) if the bet lands.

This bold gamble comes despite Davido’s recent betting misfire, having previously staked $10,000 on Nigeria’s World Cup playoff match against Gabon, a game the Super Eagles ultimately lost.

Nigeria will face Tanzania on December 23 at the Complex Sportif de Fes in Morocco, as the Super Eagles begin their campaign for a historic fourth AFCON title.
