Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko has sponsored 29 students from Sokoto State to pursue their studies at Hudda University, Zamfara, as part of his continued investment in human capital development.

Presenting the scholarship certificates to the beneficiaries, Senator Wamakko reaffirmed his longstanding commitment to advancing education and empowering young people across Sokoto State and the northern region. He noted that the initiative reflects his dedication to creating opportunities that will enable youths to contribute meaningfully to the development of their communities.

“The students will benefit immensely from this opportunity to further their education and, in turn, support the growth of their communities,” he said.

Senator Wamakko has a track record of sponsoring students both within Nigeria and abroad, dating back to his tenure as Deputy Governor and continuing in his current role as Senator.

The beneficiaries were urged to make the most of the opportunity and serve as worthy ambassadors of their constituencies.
