Her Excellency, Chief Mrs Mary-maudline Uzoamaka Ogbonna Nwifuru, has said it is a sign of joy that her sisters from Ikwo speak with one voice. I am now peaceful in my heart to have you with me, and I am so glad to receive and celebrate with you all my good sisters.

We should make our time to join hands together, the love I showed in my husband’s family, proved that Umuada Ikwo are very precious with patience in marriage.

Ikwo women are very good at taking care of their husbands and showing love to the family wherever they get married.

There are many people here that I have not seen for a very long time, but this meeting today has brought us again as together again. She urged every one of them to forgive, love, and share in one sense of belonging.

In speaking, the president of Umuada Ikwo, Mrs Chinyere Nwagbaga, said they are glad and proud of having the wife of the Governor as the Umuada Ikwo.
She commended the first lady for her dedication to building the people’s Charter of Needs in the state. She appreciated her good works in the state
