In a spirited address at the 2025 NACCIMA Youth Entrepreneur Conference, HRH Mohammed Yusuf Sainlere, President and Chairman of the Nigeria–Egypt Business Council, called for greater empowerment and mentorship for the next generation of business leaders.
Speaking to journalists on the sidelines of the event, Sainlere—who also serves as an executive member of NACCIMA and oversees the bilateral business council between Nigeria and Egypt—underscored the conference’s mission: youth development, business education, and policy awareness.
He described the youth as “the backbone of the community,” emphasizing that many young people lack access to the guidance and information needed to navigate Nigeria’s evolving business landscape. The NACCIMA Youth Wing, he explained, organized the event as part of its annual Youth Week, focusing on mentorship and practical training.
Sainlere highlighted that Ambassador Samira, chair of the youth committee, is leading the initiative, while he represents both the National President, Nijanajani Ibrahim, and the Nigeria–Egypt Business Council.
According to him, the conference aims to broaden young entrepreneurs’ understanding of industries, expose them to new government policies, and provide the tools needed to succeed in business.
“We all started like this,” he said, praising the participants for their attentiveness and drive. “The appetite for business I’ve seen today convinces me that this effort will be worth it.”
The gathering brought together policymakers, trade experts, and aspiring entrepreneurs, reinforcing NACCIMA’s commitment to shaping a stronger, more informed generation of business leaders across Africa.
