The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Zamfara State Chapter, heartily commends His Excellency, Governor Dauda Lawal, for approving the reinstatement of 103 teachers who were earlier dismissed from service due to administrative errors discovered during the state’s civil service verification exercise.

The decision, announced by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Mallam Wadatau Madawaki, reflects the Governor’s deep compassion, fairness, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of civil servants and the revitalization of the education sector in Zamfara State.

Governor Dauda Lawal’s directive not only reinstates the affected teachers but also ensures the payment of their outstanding salary arrears from January to July 2025 — a gesture that underscored his people-oriented leadership and genuine concern for justice and accountability in governance.

The PDP views this development as yet another demonstration of the Governor’s resolve to restore integrity, discipline, and efficiency in the state’s workforce while providing equal opportunity for all. His administration’s ongoing reforms in education, aimed at improving standards and motivation among teachers, remain a beacon of hope for Zamfara’s future.
