RSU Alumni commends Tinubu for appointing Aganaba as South-South Development Commission Director

The Rivers State University (RSU) Alumni, Set of 1998/1999, has lauded President Bola Tinubu for appointing Engr. Prince Preye Aganaba as the Executive Director, Social and Human Capital Development, South-South Development Commission.
The group, through its Public Relations Officer, Mrs. Dein Akpanah, expressed appreciation during a media briefing in Port Harcourt on Monday.
Akpanah described Aganaba, a member of the set, as a leader with a strong track record in organisational management, leadership, and community service.
She said his exceptional leadership qualities and dedication to community development would play a key role in fulfilling the mandate of his new office.
“We are confident that his expertise will significantly contribute to the development of the South-South region. As you assume this esteemed role, we wish you God’s guidance, wisdom, and strength, and it is our prayer that your tenure is fruitful and impactful,” Akpanah said.
The alumni spokesperson further noted that Aganaba had an in-depth understanding of the developmental challenges facing the South-South, assuring that his appointment was a right choice for the region.
“He is focused and articulate. We can tell the region that a very good choice was made in this appointment. We have no doubt in his ability to deliver,” she added.
Akpanah also expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for considering Aganaba worthy of service, describing the establishment of the South-South Development Commission as a demonstration of the Federal Government’s commitment to improving the welfare of the people of the region.
