Nasarawa Gov’t engages 4700 Primary School teachers to boost Profile

Nasarawa State government is making frantic effort to engage 4700 Primary School teachers in the area.

Governor Abdullahi Sule, made this known on Tuesday, through his Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Comrade Peter Ahemba, during a Media briefing in Lafia, the State Capital.

Sule said the list of successful candidates for the teaching Job as prepared by the Management of the State Primary Education Board is been giving finishing touch, adding that as soon as that is done names of the proposed teachers would be announced.

The Governor who disclosed that new teachers upon their engagement would be posted to difference Schools across the 13 Local Government Councils of the State, said his administration in addition to that will establish more Primary Schools in the State.

According to him due to his administration determination to foster qualitative Primary Education in the area, he has already directed the new Management of the State Universal Primary Education Board to urgently reposition primary education in line with his administration vision for qualitative education.

Sule who commanded Citizens of the State for their peaceful conducts before, during and after the recent visit of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the State to Commission some of his legacy projects, assured that his administration will continue to accord priority attention to the Security of lives and properties of the Citizens.
