The Coffee Class Club and Network Committee of Friends have commiserate with Comrade Titus Akigbe, former Secretary of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Edo State Council, over the loss of his wife, Mrs. Irene Akigbe.
Mrs. Akigbe, a devout Christian known for her discipline and courage, passed away on January 2, 2025, at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital.
Comrade Alema Aliu, Captain of the Coffee Class Club, and Joseph Ezobi, leader of the Network Committee of Friends, led the delegation to condole with Comrade Akigbe.
In their condolence messages, Comrade Aliu urged Mr. Akigbe to continue his late wife’s legacy by ensuring the growth of her school project, while Mr. Ezobi promised the full support and prayers of the Network Committee of Friends for the Akigbe family.
