COUNCIL BOSS CONGRATULATES ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU ON VICTORY AT POLL
The Executive Chairman of Gbonyin Local Council Development Area, Hon. Damilare Ajayi has said the election of Asíwájú Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the just concluded Presidential election as the 16th President of our beloved country would bring more meaningful development to the country and would also create platform for continuity of good governance.
The chairman advised other parties in the country to embrace the progressive government in order to move the nation to the next level of development.
“He urges other members of all parties that lost in the election to respect the wishes of Nigerians on the election of Asíwájú Bola Ahmed Tinubu,” and they should behave as gallant soldiers that had the mind of either winning or losing when going to the war.
The Elected President in his acceptable speech has said that, ” whether you’re Batified, Aticulated, Obedient, Kwankwasiyya, you all voted for a better and more hopeful nation while he also appreciated all supporters for their participation and dedication to our democracy.
The Chairman applauded the Executive Governor of Ekiti-State, His Excellency Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji for the good governance since his inception of office which resulted to the massive victory he recorded on the elected president, Asíwájú Bola Tinubu and all the national assembly members elected under the platform of APC in Ekiti State. He also gave kudos to all the party leaders at the national, state and local level for their roles during the struggles.
He appreciated the good people of Gbonyin LCDA for always supporting progressive government, promising them more dividend of democracy and ensuring them of more developmental projects based on his promises, capability and ability of the incoming president in rebuilding Nigeria.
He, however, commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a fair and free election and urged the body to ensure improved performance in the conduct of subsequent elections in the country.
