EKITI EAST LG Embarks On Massive Grading Of Roads

The Executive Chairman, Hon. Oluwagbenga Samuel Ojo -led administration in Ekiti East Local Government Area of the Ekiti State has embarked on massive road grading across the nooks and crannies of the Local Government. The flag off exercise of the road grading, which attracted jubilations from the general public began from Oseere farm road, Ward 7 went throughOdidere street Along Eda Ile Road

Commissioner Adewumi road, Edugbe
Oluloro street Iludofin
Ojuelegba bypass Ijero
Figmoat gas plant road along Eda Ile road
Methodist primary School road Ilisa

Adayemo street Ilisa
Adumari behind Olomuo Palace
Odooro street Oruju
Oba Fasiku street along Omuo Ore secondary school
Igbo Ero farm road Iludofin among other areas.

According to a statement by the Information officer of the council, Prince Adeola Alex Fafure, before the intervention of the council management, the deplorable condition of the roads had jeopardized the economic, health and social status of the people of the area

The council boss who could not hide his feeling reiterated his promises to the people of the area during his electioneering campaign, to make life more meaningful and convenient for them, saying, no stone would be left unturned to ensure the economic, health and social development at every area of the council.

Hon. Ojo assured the people that business transactions would be made easy, which will in no small way increase the gains and reduce the pains of every business sector.

He however, solicited more cooperation and supports of the people for the government of the day.

Among those who witnessed the flag off of grading exercise were council Vice Chairman Hon Mrs Boluwade Yetunde, HLA Otunba Omole Ayodeji DF Femi Adesoba, the leader of the Local Government parliament, Rt. Hon. Folorunso Taiwo Sunday, other members of the parliament, Director of works, Engr.Owolabi, Engr.OTK, Personal Assistant to the chairman Hon.Kehinde Fasiku and other members of the management team, among others.
