In a concrete demonstration of confidence in the ongoing rescue mission agenda of the current administration, the Dauda Lawal Senior Special Assistants Forum (SSA’S Forum) has rallied openly behind the second term bid of Governor Lawal, declaring unflinching support for continued transformation in Zamfara State.
This was made known in a statement by Honourable Rabi Yusuf, Publicity Secretary, Dauda Lawal Senior Special Assistants Forum, after their General meeting at the Government House in Gusau.
The leadership and members of the Forum reviewed the remarkable progress recorded under the current administration and mapped out robust strategies to deepen grassroots mobilization and support for the governor’s developmental vision.
Speaking at the strategic meeting, the Chairman of the Forum, Hon. Bilyaminu Ibrahim Dagaji (Senior Special Assistant on ICT), praised Governor Lawal for his visionary leadership and tangible achievements.
He noted that the administration’s bold interventions in security support, infrastructure, education, healthcare and agriculture have directly improved the lives of everyday citizens and set Zamfara on a sustainable path of growth after years of neglect.
Hon. Dagaji urged members to remain united, focused and dedicated to propagating the government’s achievements, emphasizing that collective teamwork is vital to ensuring the continued success of the rescue mission in the state.
Providing further updates, the Secretary of the Forum, Hon. Aminu Salman Shinkafi (Senior Special Assistant on Political Matters, North Zone), outlined key operational resolutions aimed at strengthening the Forum. To boost efficiency, communication and grassroots mobilization, the Forum expanded its leadership structure by creating new executive positions.
The newly appointed executive members were Vice Chairman: Hon. Ismaila S. Fulani Bungudu; Assistant Secretary: Hon. Abbas Yusuf; Treasurer: Hon. Mubarak Bello Kanwa, Media 1:Hon Jamilu Abubakar Musa and Publicity Secretary Hon. Rabi Yusuf.
In a unanimous vote of confidence, members resolved to intensify grassroots engagement across the 14th local government areas.
The Forum pledged to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Governor Lawal, ensuring that his administration’s legacy of transparency, security and prosperity continue to yield positive dividends for the good people of Zamfara State.
