Sequel to an incident that happened in a hotel in Ibadan at Mokola area on February 14, 2023, when some ladies were caught by one of the hotel employees while they were having intimacy.

However, the hotel management immediately notified the police station in the area and they were taken to their police station for proper interrogation. One of the ladies named Damilola Adeoye during the interrogation by the policemen said they have their other colleagues especially their ringleader named Adetoyosi Adeyemo who happens to be their coordinator and ringleader.

According to reports and information gathered from those girls, some policemen raided the residential apartment of Adetoyosi Adeyemo in Ibadan. But unfortunately, Adetoyosi had run away when she heard that her colleagues had been arrested by the police. Since then, police have been on surveillance for them, and they promised to bring their other colleagues to book to deter other ladies from same sex activities. The management of the hotel disassociates themselves from the same sex activities of the arrested girls that their hotel activities is majorly to allow their customers to lodge in their rooms and for relaxation of guests.

Police authorities said every attempt to apprehend Adetoyosi was unsuccessful and rumours have it that she moved abroad with her kids. One of the police officers, who wish to remain anonymous, said since some parents had neglected their duty to educate their children and forbid them from engaging in same sex activities , such youths should prepare to face the consequences of their action. We gathered that all their divisional police stations have been called to apprehend the remaining offenders.
