Niger foods chairman engages Wushishi leaders, calls for support in expanding Farmland, empowering farmers

The Chairman of Niger Foods security system and Logistics company limited Mr Sammy Adigun has called on traditional and communities leader in the state to play an active role in sensitizing their people on the vision and opportunities of the Niger Foods initiatives.
Mr. Adigun made the call during an interfaced held in his office with the Hakimi of Akere district and their village heads.
He emphasized the need for collective support in mobilizing farmers and providing access to arable land for agriculture development.
He explained that Niger foods is committed to equipping farmers with modern tools, skills, and resources to boost food production while creating wealth for rural households.
According to him, the company’s agribusiness model is designed to add value to the efforts of small holders farmers by improving access to mechanization, quality inputs, and markets.
“Agriculture is at the heart of Niger state’s prosperity. But for us to fully unlock its potential, communities must key into our vision. We need farmlands, we need farmers, and we need leaders like you to help us mobilize and enlighten the people.
Niger Foods will continue to stand by our farmers by providing the support they need to thrive” he said
Speaking,the Hakimi of Akere, Alhaji Ibrahim Babangida pledged his community’s full cooperation with Niger Foods initiatives aimed at strengthening rural farming and boosting Niger state’s role as a food hub.
Alhaji Babangida praised the vision of Niger Foods, particularly its emphasis on equipping farmers with modern tools quality inputs and marketing opportunities.He said the people of Akere are eager to participate in programs that promise to improve food security and create wealth.
