Edo Born Automobile Rental Entrepreneur, Robinson, Bags Award

Edo State-born Automobile Rental Entrepreneur and philanthropist Mr. Aigbedion Osemwengie Robinson has been recognized for his sustained societal advancement by the Good Governance International Magazine.

In a ceremony at the Oriental Hotel in Lagos on Wednesday night, Robinson was recognized for his impact on society and humanity through his philanthropist and automobile business ventures and bagged the award for the Distinguished Youth Ambassador of the Year.

The award was organized by the Good Governance International Magazine in collaboration with the Good Governance Ambassadors International Summit.

This year’s edition, which is the fifth in the series and with the theme:  “Collaboration over Competition for a Sustainable Societal Advancement,”  had people from all walks of life gracing the occasion that was meant to recognize and appreciate Nigerians who have impacted on humanity.

Robinson who has lived an impactful life even at such a young age, has shown leadership beyond his car rental entrepreneurship 

“Robinson never allowed his background to be a stumbling block to his goals in life and has relentlessly pursued that goal to attain his present status.

“Though he has often said he isn’t there yet, he has impacted the lives of the downtrodden with the “little” he has is mind-blowing.

“Robinson’s efforts have touched the hearts of many. His commitment to giving back to his community and beyond is a shining example of the kind of leadership we need in our country.

“The awardee has often said his passion and commitment to touch lives is because of the experience he had while growing up,” explained a friend, Nosa Ugiagbe.

On his part, the Good Governance International Magazine Distinguished Youth Ambassador of the Year reiterated his commitment to giving back to society.

While expressing his gratitude to the organizers of the award and the people of Nigeria for recognizing his efforts, the Iguobazuwa, Ovia South West Local Government Area of Edo state-born socialite, said he would continue to be God’s vessel in the lives of many.

“I am humbled to receive this award. I believe that giving back to one’s community and society is a fundamental responsibility, and I am committed to continuing my philanthropic work for many years to come,” he stated.
