They said the two land grabbers have been terrorizing and threatening the peace of the community since February 2013, when they invaded the village and sacked the entire community including the late Baale, Chief Olalekan Ogunjobi over 4,000 hectares of land.

The residents said that Solabi the leader of the gang was declared wanted by the police that year but ran away and later resurface to start his land grabbing activities when he led some thugs believed to be land grabbers from Sang-Ota to the communal land and unleashed mayhem on the community.
