The Federal Public Complaints Commission in Kano has presented the sum of 1.1m recovered from SST Estate Agency following a complaint of breach of trust and agreement filed by one Alhaji Ibrahim Labaran last Wednesday.
In a statement signed and issued to the commission’s public relations officer, Malam Garba Mu’azu, Alhaji Ibrahim Labaran lodged a complaint with the Federal Public Complaints Commission that he noticed a breach of trust by a real estate agency, where action was taken and his funds recovered.
Presenting the recovered funds from the estate agency, the Federal Commissioner of the commission, Honourable Ibrahim Zakari Sarina, reiterated the commission’s commitment and determination to ensure fairness, justice and speedy resolution of complaints.
Sarina Urged the public to use the commission as an avenue towards comflicts resolutions and free services to promote peaceful coexistence in our societies.
Responding, Alhaji Ibrahim Labaran thanked the Federal public complaints commission for solving his problem amicably and expressed satisfaction on how the Commission intervene and provide lasting solutions to his matter.
