As the Presidential campaign commence in Nigeria, the Tinubu’s campaign DG Senator Abdul’aziz Abubakar Yari mobilized the stakeholders, members and supporters of All Progressive Congress, APC in Zamfara state to analyze a suitable political strategy on ensuring Tinubu’s total victory within the state in a closed door meeting.
The meeting was convened at the A. A. Yari conference Hall located at Mafara Local Government Area of Zamfara state
Speaking at the meeting, Senator Abdul’aziz Yari said, the purpose of this engagement is to complement the recent appointment given to me by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Director General of his campaign council.
It is therefore pertinent for me to return to my political credle, my homeland, Zamfara state to commence effective mobilisation via gaining total acceptance from the good people of Zamfara state, the APC stakeholders, members of the party, women and youth wings respectively.
The purpose of the acceptance is one to inform President Bola Ahmed Tinubu that the entire Zamfara state and the APC structure is fully in support of his second term bid, two to gain the backing of everyone in Zamfara state considering the new appointment as the DG for second term bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and lastly to announce the Unanimous agreement of Zamfarawa to vote massively for President Tinubu and APC come 2027 general elections.
Senator Yari pointed out that, it is his responsibility as the Director General to visit all the states of the federation to present the person of Tinubu and convince voters across the nation to vote for him come 2027 elections.
Yari maintained that, beside presenting the person of Tinubu, him and his team will as well present the score cards of the numerous impactful achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration in the past three years, including what Tinubu’s administration is doing, what it intends to do and what it is planning to do in the interest of Nigeria and Nigerians if elected.
The campaign DG, Senator A. A. Yari pledged to place Zamfara as the third state in the list of the most populated states to return Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a second term Nigerian President with massive votes come 2027 general elections.
The DG dedicated his appointment as the APC presidential campaign leader to the people of Zamfara state, party stakeholders, supporters and members, soliciting their unreserved support to assist him establish a remarkable milestone as being the first greatest national assignment given to a Zamfara state indigene.
Yari noted that, the appointment was from God to him and to all the Zamfarawa as a test of their loyalty to the national leadership, calling all who trust his leadership and judgement to give in their full support.
Representing the Executive Governor of Zamfara state Dr. Dauda Lawal, the Deputy Governor Malam Mani Malan Mumunni called all supporters, members and stakeholders of the party to give all their support to the appointment of Director General of the Tinubu’s campaign team as their rightful duties for the state and national leadership of the party.
The Governor pledged continued support for the second term bid of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and assured the campaign DG that, the entire structure of APC under his leadership will ensure unflinching support for the candidacy of Tinubu and all the APC candidates come 2027 general elections.
Presence at the meeting were all the state and national Assembly members, serving Senators, Zamfara state Executive council, party stakeholders, all wards and state executives as well as members and supporters of the party.
