“It is indeed appreciated to have a series of reactions that Nigerian farmers are witnessing real change in the leadership of All Farmers’ Association (AFAN) on how the association’s national president, Honourable Muhammad Magaji Gettado, is making efforts to ensure that Nigeria’s agricultural activities remain profitable”.
This is contained in a joint statement from the farmers across Nigeria’s farming class, where the National President is voted in confidence on how his leadership is changing the face of agricultural activities since his inauguration as the authentic national President of AFAN.
The All Farmers Association is a national organisation formed to create an excellent avenue for Nigerian farmers to ensure that they benefit from the reasons for its establishment, and to work with one voice as a group that is contributing to national development in agric sector.
AFAN is an association that is headed by a national executive council under the national president since its creation by some notable patriotic persons, where the organisation is jointly working with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and other related agencies for better economic progress through the agricultural sector.
It is also pleasant to understand that all the previous AFAN national presidents have done well to make sure that Nigerian farmers benefited from the provisions of the association to all categories of all farming classes, especially to bring good development to agricultural revolution and profitable agribusiness at all seasons.
According to the statements signed by Alhaji Sulaiman Umar from Gombe State and Malam Abdullahi Mai Nasara from Katsina, “the stewardship of Honourable Muhammad Magaji Gettado, AFAN, is now an association that is making more advancement toward the actualization of better farming through dynamic leadership style, where almost all the members of the association are now opportuned to become more unified and steadfast”.
The farmers stressed that Gettado, whose background in agricultural transformation is being commended by the general class of Nigerian farmers since he assumed office as the national president of the All Farmers’ Association, must be recognized for his commitment and zeal to making the agricultural occupation more guaranteed.
” In the present global warming to food production and economic stability, AFAN leaders under its National President, Magaji Gettado, Nigeria would become an exemplary state in terms of food production and boosting economic progress with optimum results”.
In the separate letters of appreciation from Farmers across the Six Geo-political zones, Muhammad Magaji Gettado has been described as a leader who is selfless in bringing more fortune towards the transformation of agriculture through unionism and working with one voice.
“We reaffirmed our loyalty to Muhammad Magaji Gettado’s leadership and our unity as an association that is working without bias will certainly promote food production and economic stability in this great nation, and provide real-time opportunities to the practicing farming class of all categories”
