The Ayo-Sanda Ladigbolu Foundation (TASLAF), on March 23, 2026, extended its school outreach programme to primary schools across 4 Local Governments in Oyo, reaching about 600 pupils with free notebooks and impactful career guidance.
The outreach, which covered four selected schools, was designed to support learning while also inspiring young pupils to take their education seriously from an early stage.
Chairman of TASLAF, Prince Ayo Sanda Ladigbolu PhD, delivered a compelling career talk that captured the attention of the children, urging them to value education regardless of their future career paths.
He explained that education remains the foundation upon which every successful career is built, stressing that no profession thrives without knowledge and discipline acquired through schooling.
To drive his point home, he cited the example of Abuja-based fashion designer Seyi Fodi, who, according to him, produces outfits worth as much as ₦20 million, demonstrating how creativity combined with education can lead to success.
He also referenced Nollywood stars Funke Akindele and Toyin Abraham, noting that their achievements were made possible through dedication and educational grounding.
The TASLAF chairman reminded the pupils that they are currently at the foundation stage of their academic journey and must take their studies seriously to secure a better future.
He further advised them on personal hygiene, encouraging them to always keep their clothes clean, while those too young to do so should ask their parents for assistance.
He reaffirmed TASLAF’s dedication to continuing similar interventions that promote learning and inspire young minds.
He noted that empowering children through education remains key to building stronger communities.
In separate interactions across the schools, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT), Engineer Wale Adelakun, also addressed the pupils, reinforcing the importance of discipline and good character.
He urged the children to remain focused on their education, listen attentively to their teachers, and avoid taking what does not belong to them.
Another BOT member, Apostle Sunday Jokanola, encouraged the pupils to remain prayerful in all their endeavours.
He offered prayers for their success, expressing hope that they would grow into responsible and accomplished individuals in the future.
Also speaking, board member Alhaji Yisa Ayeriyina motivated the children by sharing his personal story.
He told them that he once sat in classrooms like theirs and, through dedication to education, rose to become a successful federal government worker nearing retirement.
Ayeriyina urged the pupils to aim high and remain committed to their studies, noting that education is a reliable pathway to achieving life goals.
Mrs. Adeagbo Adewumi and Alhaja Kadijat Alaje, who are also members of TASLAF BOT, further encouraged the pupils to remain focused, disciplined, and hopeful about their future.
Meanwhile, at Community Primary School, Ifeniyi, Ilora, the Headmistress, Mrs. Odeleye, expressed appreciation to TASLAF for the timely intervention.
She noted that many pupils are in need of such support and described the outreach as both impactful and commendable.
Similarly, the headmistress of Saint Augustine RCM Schools 1 & 2, Odo Aro, Apaara, thanked the foundation for including the school among the beneficiaries.
She said the pupils were visibly excited to receive the branded notebooks, which also featured the new national anthem on the back.
According to her, the children immediately began reciting the anthem, reflecting their enthusiasm and appreciation.

However, Mr. Adelumola Babajide, a member of The Ayo-Sanda Ladigbolu Foundation, highlighted the outreach as TASLAF’s commitment to investing in education and community development at the grassroots level. By combining material support with mentorship, the foundation aims to nurture well-rounded individuals.
