The Kano Electricity Distribution company (KEDCO) has launched a self-service payments Kiosk as part of the company’s ongoing commitments to improving customer experience and to enhance service delivery with convenient payment solutions across the Franchise states.
Speaking at the official flag up of the self service payments, the Managing Director of the company Mr. Abubakar Shu’aibu Jimeta disclosed that the initiative would ease bills payments and blocks all aspects of leakages that pave ways to better settlements and cope with global services standards respectively.
The programme is is a collaboration between FUCIL Data Tech and the Kano Electricity Distribution company in order to make all payments simple and more efficient than the previous method of Bills payments.
Mr. Abubakar Shu’aibu Jimeta announced that KEDCO remained ready for more partnerships that are designed to strengthen the company’s services especially at present when the power supply is being attended to across Kano, Jigawa and Katsina States.
He reassured that “KEDCO Management would continue to put customer in mind because our aims and objectives focused on treating our customers better and I am optimistic that with new initiatives, things are going to be more better and easy to consumers across the Franchise states”.
Speaking at the official flags up, the Managing Director of FUCIL DataTech limited Mrs. Chioma Eugenia Iwuagwu expressed that their company will makes everything possible to deliver as partner of progress, adding that KEDCO is now becoming a more committed organisation that is working to makes electricity consumers satisfied at both levels.
She commended the Managing Director and his management team for bringing out more strategies that are steadfast in providing constant power supply with optimum results across the Franchise states without bias.
