The General Manager of the Ogun State Environmental Protection Agency (OGEPA), Hon. Kehinde Bello, has congratulated Governor Dapo Abiodun on the occasion of Ogun State’s 50th anniversary, describing the milestone as a testament to the state’s resilience and steady progress.

In a statement issued on Tuesday as part of activities marking the golden jubilee, Hon. Bello said the anniversary provides an opportunity to reflect on the state’s developmental journey over the past five decades.

He commended Governor Abiodun for what he described as visionary leadership, noting that the administration has recorded notable strides in sustainable development, environmental protection, and inclusive governance.

Hon Bello added that these efforts have helped position Ogun State as a model for cleanliness and environmental stewardship.

According to him, the anniversary should also serve as a renewed call to action for stakeholders to remain committed to building a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable state.

He further offered prayers for the Governor’s continued wisdom and strength, urging divine guidance as the administration works toward greater development and prosperity for the people of the state.

He also congratulated the government and residents of Ogun State on the celebration, expressing optimism that the future holds greater promise and sustainability for the Gateway State.
