The Leadership of the National Youth Alliance (NYA) has formally approved the appointment of State Chairpersons for the six (6) North Central States of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
This decision forms part of the Alliance’s strategic efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilization, enhance organizational effectiveness, and deepen youth participation in national development.
These appointments reflect the confidence of the national leadership in the competence, integrity, experience, and commitment of the appointees to advance the vision, mission, and core values of the National Youth Alliance across the North Central geopolitical zone.
The newly appointed State and FCT Chairpersons are:
Comrade Abel Adinoyi Salami Kogi State Chairman, Hon. Nuhu Liman Niger State Chairman, Dr. Kwarshak Kelvin Plateau State, Comrade Ene Cynthia Olofu-Ogbe Benue State, Arc. Akanbi Lamidi Kwara State Chairman, Amb. Deenilislam Abdullahi Nasarawa State Chairman while Hon. Shu’aibu Lawal appointed as FCT Abuja Chairman.
The National Youth Alliance charges all appointees to discharge their responsibilities with the highest sense of dedication, discipline, inclusiveness, and loyalty to the ideals of youth empowerment, unity, good governance, and national progress.
They are expected to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders at all levels to expand the NYA’s footprint and impact within their respective jurisdictions.
