GGASS Dambatta Old Girls honours Lauratu Ado Diso, described her as an achiever

The Dambatta Old Girls Association (DAMOGA) has described the former principal of the school, Hajiya Lauratu Ado Diso, as an achiever who manages education with all her strength. 

The association made the disclosure when presenting a merit award to the former principal, adding that Lauratu Ado Diso would forever be remembered not only by the Dambatta old girls, but in Kano and Jigawa at large. 

In her remark the DAMOGA class of 1995 president Hajiya Ruqayya Muhammad Yakubu stated that “we recognise Hajiya Lauratu Ado Diso as an achiever and one of our best role models and we are still benefiting from her talents, initiatives and long-term working experience which are some of the many reasons we honour her at this previous moment”.

She concluded. Responding, Lauratu Ado Diso commended the organisers and leaders of the Dambatta old girls’ association for recognising her as an award recipient on this occasion, where she announced that her door is open for the DAMOGA executive officers to seek any counsel about their progress, despite her tight schedule. 

“On behalf of my family, friends I congratulate all the members of this great association for celebrating 30 years in existence, and I wish everyone progressive years ahead under “DAMOGA”
