Use your pen as weapon to fight bad govt – Kingsley Ezekwelu urges as Ikukuoma hosts journalists in Anambra

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship candidate, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma) has hosted journalists in Anambra State ahead of November 8 2025 gubernatorial election.
The meeting held on Friday, 30 August, 2025 at Radisson Onyx Hotel, Awka had in attendance different media houses in Anambra State.
While addressing the press, the Chief of Staff to the APC gubernatorial candidate, Hon. Barr. Kingsley Ezekwelu (Okaka Ojoto) said to reposition Anambra State, media has enormous roles to play.
He charged them to use their pen as a weapon to fight bad government.
He outlined what the people of Anambra State stand to benefit, if Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu becomes the Governor of Anambra State as: adequate security of lives and property, uninterrupted power supply, quality education and entrepreneurial skill acquisition, standard healthcare services, and reposition of Agriculture.
“With Ikukuoma as the Governor, Anambra State will be repositioned. Insecurity will end in Anambra,because I strongly believe that when insecurity problem in Anambra State is solved, the state will be the safest place for investments.
“Reliable electricity will attract foreign investors, boost the economy and solve the problem of unemployment in the State.
“Ikukuoma’s administration is going to bring functional and mechanized agriculture in the State.Education must truly be free and Health sectors will be repositioned with enough qualified medical professionals” Barr. Ezekwelu assured.
Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu in his remarks, acknowledged that God has the final say,adding that becoming the Governor of Anambra State “if God says yes, nobody can say no”.
He promised to address the insecurity problem in the State, and restore the confidence that the people of Anambra State yearn for.
He further promised that under his administration, he would address unemployment by creating jobs and empower youths with skills.
“I believe so in our state Anambra, that is why I have invested hugely in the state. With adequate security, I believe strongly that foreign investors will return to invest in our dear State, Anambra State” he added.
