Fourth batch of Niger pilgrims to be airlifted home today

The Fourth batch of Niger State pilgrims will be airlifted from kingdom of Saudi Arabia back home today.

According to the board the Pilgrims will be conveyed to the king Abdul Aziz International Airport Jeddah, in the morning by 11:am for takeoff to the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Airport, Minna by 10:pm.

The fourth flight having 482 pilgrims consists of Pilgrims from Chanchaga, Katcha, Paiko, Lavun and Bosso local government areas respectively.

The board however assured the pilgrims and their families that all hands are on deck to ensure their timely and safe return to their homes.

Consequently the board said, Schedules of subsequent flights would be communicated accordingly as the flights situations unfold.

The board specifically lauded the state Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago for his support and confidence on the board throughout the exercise and reassured the pilgrims from the state of quality service and commitment to their welfare.
