Africa’s Best: Centenary City to be built in Abuja within 5 years – Says Le HOAI NAM, SV-NED foreign investor to Nigeria

By: Goodluck E. Adubazi – Abuja.
In a chat with Standard-Times Nigeria correspondent, Allen Le—Partner, Investor, and Associate Chairman/President of Le HOAI NAM—stated:
> “To me, this is very real. I was overwhelmed. When I was in Vietnam and Canada, watching the video, I didn’t really feel it. But coming to Nigeria, thanks to ‘Mama’ and my colleague Kingsley, I’ve seen the potential in Centenary City, Abuja.
> If the city can be delivered in the next five years—which I believe is doable—it will change the entire perspective of Nigeria and how the world views the country. The most important thing now is for me to sit down with my colleagues, shareholders, and investors from Vietnam to put together a solid package. Hopefully, things turn out well.
> You can see that the whole city can be built within five years, just as investors in Vietnam built Ocean City Park 1, 2, and 3—50,000 hectares—in just two years.”
Le HOAI NAM expressed hope that the Nigerian government and people would open their minds and arms to foreign investors capable of introducing new technologies to help build the country. He also commended the architects of the Centenary City project.
He added:
“If there’s anything I need to change, I would add new energy systems like solar and man-made lagoons. I promise that Centenary City, Abuja, will be the best in Africa.”
On her part, HRH Queen Mother Ambassador Amina Temitope Ajayi, popularly known as Mama Diaspora and the Chairman/CEO of SV-NED Nigeria Ltd. Inc., USA, said:
“As a mother living in the U.S., I travel the world and see how people live—even my grandbabies, not just my children. Why shouldn’t I use my divine connections to help my country?
P0 Why was Dubai built in just 12 years? I commend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his Renewed Hope Agenda. With private sector support, the mass housing component of his agenda will change Nigeria’s destiny.”
She continued: “I happen to be one of the CEOs in Silicon Valley. There, we don’t talk politics like in Washington. Many people just talk about government, but with the support of SV-NED foreign investors like Allen Le, we will change the destiny of this country.”
Olisa Aduba and Oluyinka Adebimpe, Sales Manager and Business Development Director of Centenary City Abuja, who conducted the SV-NED investors around the site, expressed gratitude for the visit. They affirmed that Centenary City is open to partnerships that would benefit the country.
Standard-Times Nigeria learned that the city is designed to feature a wide range of amenities, including:
Cable Car System: Connecting different parts of the city
Safari Parks:.With over 50 species of animals, offering West Africa’s first urban tethered safari
Luxury Accommodations: Including five-star hotels, villas, and a seven-star hotel with apartments
Golf Course: An 18-hole, Venice-themed course
Industrial Zone: With factories, warehouses, and assembly plants
Conference Center: Including a shopping mall and mini-market
Mixed-Use Housing: Combining commercial and residential spaces
Waste Management: Packaged sewage system linked to the central network
Water Supply: A 20,000-liter reservoir with gravity-fed distribution, supplemented by Usman Dam and FCDA’s Tank Seven in Puget
Electricity: A 330KV power line with four injection substations and internal generation capacity
With billions of dollars in investment and support from SV-NED foreign investors, and Centenary City’s management team open to partnerships, the project’s completion is expected to accelerate.
SV-NED has already secured a major investment deal worth billions of dollars, which is expected to help trigger an industrial revolution in Nigeria. With the right partners, the project could be completed in just three years—far earlier than the initially planned 10 years, according to Le HOAI NAM.
Standard-Times Nigeria reports that the economic impact of the Centenary City Abuja project is projected to be significant—driving growth, generating employment, and promoting skills development in alignment with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda. It also supports efforts to reduce Nigeria’s housing deficit and promote sustainable development.
