The Tinubu Support Organisation (TSO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hon. Bello Bina as the Patron of its campaign efforts in the South-South region. This significant appointment underscores the TSO’s commitment to fostering support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in 2027.
The announcement was made by Hon. Aminu Suleiman, Founder and Director-General of the TSO, who praised Hon. Bina for his unwavering dedication to peace and development in Nigeria.
He encouraged Hon. Bina to continue his efforts in nation-building.
Hon. Bello Bina is the Chief Executive Officer of BE-MULTI World Plus Limited and has previously served as the Chairman of the Brass Local Government Council.
He is a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and has held significant positions, including the immediate past National Youth Leader of the Pan Niger Delta Development Forum (PANDEF) and former State Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN).
In response to his appointment, Hon. Bello Bina expressed gratitude and acknowledged the responsibility it entails.
He stated, “This appointment presents another opportunity to advocate for sustained peace in the South-South and across the nation.”
He affirmed the commitment of the South-South people to support President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
Hon. Bina highlighted the notable achievements of President Tinubu’s administration, particularly in the Niger Delta and South-South regions.
He noted, however, that there appears to be a communication gap between the indigenous people of the region and the Federal Government.
He pledged to bridge this gap by promoting the administration’s accomplishments and fostering a better understanding of its policies.
“We will work to ensure that the performance records of President Tinubu’s administration are effectively communicated to the people,” he stated.
Hon. Bina also expressed his readiness to support the establishment of an interactive forum between the South-South community and the TSO. This initiative aims to showcase the positive impacts of President Tinubu’s policies and the concept of “Renewed Hope.”
He commended President Tinubu for his efforts in combating illegal oil bunkering and improving crude oil production quotas.
However, he emphasized the need for enhanced benefits for oil host communities and greater oversight of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and related entities.
“The people of the Niger Delta understand the detrimental effects of illegal oil bunkering on our farms and water resources. The efforts of Tantita Security in curbing this menace are commendable, but the Federal Government must do more to ensure fair royalties as outlined in the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA),” he concluded.
He also called on President Bola Tinubu to take a second look at the issue of declaration of State of Emergency in Rivers State, urging that there renewed peace in Rivers at the moment.
