Following the World Health Day celebration on Monday, FeedNeedy-World-Initiative, a prominent non-governmental organization (NGO), founded by Isaac Eromosele is set to offer free healthcare services, “Know Your Vitals”, to elderly individuals and other members of marginalised communities in Nigeria.
The free healthcare program has been scheduled to take place on next Wednesday at Ogombo Community, located along Okun-Ajah axis of Lagos State, as part of the organization’s steady commitment to support marginalised individuals and communities, and improve access to essential health services.
According to Ms. Alayande Oluwatosin, the NGO’s Creative Director, “During the “Know Your Vitals” event, the FeedNeedy-World-Initiative will focus on providing vital health services, such as free blood pressure, blood sugar, weight checks, medical consultations, screenings and health education, with a respective emphasis on the elderly, who are often more liable to health challenges.”
Also, Isaac Eromosele, the Chairman of the NGO, well-known for his significant contributions to humanity, highlighted various forms of assistance that FeedNeedy-World-Initiative has provided in the past, such as; Tech-A-Child-Initiative, Education Access Fund Schloarship, Essential School Supplies Initiative, Livelihood Support and other vital assistance to those in need, both locally and internationally.
“Our mission is to uplift and empower the marginalised citizens. The upcoming healthcare outreach is another step in our commitment to enhance the well-being of the marginalised,” he stated.
“This initiative is a reminder of the importance of health equity and the necessity for collective efforts to address healthcare disparities,” he added.
However, the FeedNeedy-World-Initiative team also encouraged the public, especially the elderly, to take advantage of these free health services and join the organization in advocating for better healthcare access for all.
