Irewolede LCDA celebrates Zonal Inspector on his retirement

Irewolede Local Council Development Area (LCDA) witnessed a momentous occasion as the Council Chairman, Hon. Dupe Bakare, led a celebration in honor of the Zonal Inspector, Mr. Bola Babalola, upon his retirement. The special recognition took place during the Financial and General Purposes Committee meeting of the council.

The meeting commenced with songs of praise led by Hon. Dupe Bakare, expressing deep appreciation for Mr. Babalola’s commitment, dedication, and outstanding contributions to the council.

In her remarks, Hon. Bakare described Mr. Bola Babalola as a man of integrity, a reservoir of knowledge, and a dedicated public servant whose work has significantly enhanced the operations of the LCDA.

Hon. Bakare further emphasized Mr. Babalola’s unwavering commitment to service, lauding his ability to offer constructive corrections with love and thoughtful analysis, thereby fostering better understanding within the council.

In his own address, Mr. Babalola encouraged all directors to consistently engage their subordinates in research and continuous learning. He stressed that such efforts are crucial for advancing their careers and deepening their understanding of the intricate aspects of their roles.

The event also witnessed the presence of HRM Oba James Olugbesoye, the Oluloro of Iloro Ekiti, who commended Mr. Babalola’s remarkable service to the council.

The royal father offered royal blessings and prayers, extolling Mr. Babalola’s seriousness, dedication, and character as virtues that will continue to open doors for him in his future endeavors.

Present at the memorable event were the Vice Chairman, Hon. Samson Kolawole, Secretary to the Council, Hon. Adebo Adewale, HLA, Mr. Omotayo Titiloye and all directors of the council.
