Udala Radio Commissions in Onitsha, pledges to pay more attention to South East audience

A new radio station has been added to the numerous number of radio stations in Onitsha and Anambra State.

The radio station (Udala104.7 FM) was commissioned yesterday at its location, O’Connor Street, opposite All Saints Cathedral, Onitsha.

The new radio house is expected to bring innovations and professionalism from notable broadcasters who were picked from various popular stations due to their work experience required to make a difference from  other radio stations around .

Preferences would also be accorded to High life music genre which would be aired on daily basis from 4 to 9 pm in other to encourage high life music lovers and lovers of evergreen music of the old.

This will probably will serve as a reminder of the good old days in Nigeria and best for relaxation after the day’s husslings of this difficult time.

Reacting to the innovàtions at Udala 104.7 FM,Mr.Korede Brown,Head of Operations,Udala Radio who on behalf of the Managing Director of the station ,Barr.Mrs.Lizzy Anyaonu told reporters yesterday at the venue that Udala was a family radio which was aimed at entertaining households,educating and bringing recent sports to their knowledge.

He promised of timely and accurate news reportage by well trained journalists who have been tested and trusted.

He revealed that Udala has global connectivity with other foreign radio stations with high-tech equipment to this regard.
