CP set mechanism for peace, tranquility in Imo

The Nigerian Forest Security Service (NHFSS), in recognition of the enormous contributions of the Nigerian police to the peace and tranquility prevalent in Imo State,, has presented an iconic award to the commissioner of police in the state, CP. Aboki Danjuma.
The Commander, NHFSS, Imo State command, Dr. Fabian Iwuoha made the presentation on behalf of Commander General, Ambassador Wole Joshua Osatimehin.
According to him, the award is in recognition of the tremendous services to the state and Nigeria at large.
The Commander General emphasized that to whom much is given, much is expected and charged the CP to continue the onslaught against criminals in society.
He submitted that since the arrival of CP. Danjuma to the state, the security architecture has improved enormously, resulting in the relative calmness in the state.
Ambassador Osatimehin urged the CP to continue in the quest to quit a state where the security of life and property is given top priority.
He said, “We will continue to support you and play a complimentary role in securing the forest to enable farmers to access their farmland.
“Be rest assured, as we have put mechanisms in place to checkmate hoodlums within the farmland.
Ambassador Osatimehin assured that they will continue to work tirelessly in conjunction with other security agencies, to make the nation habitable for all and sundry.
He commended President Bola Tinubu for his pivotal role in fixing the economy and support in encouraging the welfare of the citizenry.
“We shall continue to put in our best in securing the nation’s forest and call for the support of stakeholders and populace in realizing this task.”
