The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) National Secretariat has released crucial eligibility requirements for the upcoming Niger State Chapter elections.
According to the guidelines, candidates vying for various positions must meet specific academic and professional qualifications to be considered eligible.
This requirement ensures that elected officials possess the necessary expertise to effectively serve the association.
Additionally, all members intending to participate in the electoral process, either as voters or candidates, must complete their 2025 registration no later than January 25. This deadline is crucial for establishing the final electoral register.
“These requirements reflect our commitment to maintaining high professional standards within SWAN while ensuring an inclusive and well-organized electoral process,” stated the National Secretariat.
