A suspected (ESN) Eastern security network member group IPOB, BOWEEN CHARLES JENKINS, Also known as Charley MILLION has been allegedly declared wanted for felony, burning the nigeria police station and attacking the Nigeria government, Anyone with useful information about him should report to the nearest police station dead or alive.
