Spain and Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal has won his third consecutive Best Young Player of the Year award in the 2026 Ballon d’or ceremony.

The Spanish youngster won the first of his three in 2024 when he broke into Barcelona’s first team.

For the women’s side of the award, Barcelona Femini youngster Vicky Lopez.

Yamal is also one of the nominees for the Ballon d’or, an award that he would be looking to secure.
