…Says Benue Links will soon take delivery of new vehicles

Benue State Governor Rev Fr Dr Hyacinth Iormem Alia has disclosed that his Administration has procured state of the Art facilities that would be used to fix all the twenty three General Hospitals across the state.
Governor Alia also disclosed that the only State Transportation Company Benue Links will also receive another batch of vehicles to ease the hardship faced by Benue masses moving from one place to another.
The Governor recalled that he donated 100 buses to the company during his 100 days in office as the Governor.
He further maintained that it is his administration deliberate policy to ensuring that Benue citizens move about their normal activities without difficulties.
Governor Alia made the disclosure on Thursday at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) Square in Makurdi while delivering his speech during the Launching and inauguration of president Bola Armed Tinubu Door to Door Movement initiative 2027 led by the initiator and Founder High Chief Tompolo, explained that the decision was to ensure that the people of Benue do not travelled to a distance before accessing quality health care services.
Alia further disclosed that three containers conveying these equipments have already arrived Lagos and are undergoing clearance while some were still on the high sea, insisting that the welfare of Benue people is the priority of his administration and assured the people that he would continue to deliver democratic dividends at their door steps.
He stated that more industries would be built during his second term in office as a deliberate policy of turning around the economic fortunes of the State and called on the people of Benue to ensure that president Tinubu was return to office during the next year’s general elections urging stakeholders in the Door to Door initiative to preach the message of everyone matters which he noted was the meaning of Door to Door and thanked Chief Tompolo for the initiative assuring him that vehicles donated would be put to Judicial use.
Former Governor of Benue state senator Gabriel Suswam in a remark Said the people of Benue state and Nigeria at large needed to return president Tinubu into office he has taken steps towards economic transformation which many past Leaders were unable to take saying it was a long term investment for the younger generation.
Senator Suswam called Nigerian especially the youth to vote for president Tinubu in the forthcoming elections to consolidate on some of the policies he has taken for the future of the country saying the suffering people were passing through now was for the benefit of tomorrow adding that if past Leaders have taken those . decisions the country would have been far in term of development.
FirmNews reports that there was a public presentation of a Book title planting Today for generational Harvest while Chief Tompolo donated twenty five campaign vehicles for onward distribution to local government coordinators to enhance their movement.
State Chairman of APC Doctor Benjamin Omale said the Door to Door initiative has provided an opportunity to meet electorate directly and know the challenges they were facing and also sale government policies and programmes to them, and stressed the need for members of the door to door group to take advantage of the party structure to reach all communities in Benue state.
