Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Zamfara State Command, has received the Commander Narcotics, CN Mohammed Kabiru at the administrative headquarters, Gusau, on a courtesy visit aimed at strengthening the existing working relationships in the state.
As contained in a statement by ASCI Umar Muhammad, Head, Public Relations, NSCDC, Zamfara State Command, the working relationship between the two agencies was rejiggered when Commander Mohammed Kabiru and his entourage visited; in his remarks, the CN stated, “we are here to familiarize, seek collaborative support and establish a harmonious workspace between the two agencies”.
Summarily, “I wish to request extensive support and collaboration from your noble office”, CN Mohammed Kabiru stated.
In his response, CC Sani Mustapha assured the CN of the command’s resolute commitment to uphold the 3-Cs, as frequently amplified by the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, PhD., mni, OFR, that is to Collaborate, cooperate and coordinate, being the keys to achieving our respective mandates.
The commandant reaffirmed the need for continuous collaboration and unending partnership between the agencies to promote security structure of the state.
He assured the command’s willingness to support and complement the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency where necessary in national assignments “NSCDC is readily available”, he said.
