BOCA Energy Services Limited has reinforced its presence in Nigeria’s oil and gas industry with expanded corporate social responsibility initiatives and increased sponsorship of major sector events.
The indigenous energy solutions provider said it has executed more than 100 projects across the upstream, midstream and downstream value chain, delivering engineering, procurement, construction and specialised oilfield services to clients within and outside Nigeria.
Beyond operations, the company highlighted renewed investment in host communities, including school renovations, borehole water projects and medical outreach programmes across oil-producing regions.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, James Ukachukwu, said the firm views community development as integral to its business model, noting that sustainable growth depends on mutually beneficial relationships with host communities.
In addition to its CSR footprint, BOCA intensified its participation in industry discourse in 2025, serving as headline sponsor of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition and backing other technical and policy-focused gatherings.
The company also sponsored programmes organised by the National Association of Petroleum Explorationists, the Society of Petroleum Engineers Nigeria Council, and stakeholder forums of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board.
Business Development Director, Bashar Suleman, said the sponsorship drive aligns with efforts to promote innovation, professional development and collaboration within the sector.
BOCA’s service offerings span engineering design, pipeline installation, well engineering, drilling support, fabrication, plant commissioning and supply chain management, positioning it as a full-spectrum contractor in complex energy projects.
Executive Director of Operations, Reginald Onyirioha-Ofoegbu, said the company’s technical capacity and knowledge of Nigeria’s operating environment continue to attract partnerships with major industry players.
With plans to scale its CSR interventions and expand technical capabilities, BOCA said it remains focused on combining operational performance with measurable community impact in the years ahead.
